Terms and Condition of Wellness Touch n Salon Membership

Acceptance
In purchasing and/or using the WTS Membership Vouchers the Customer is deemed to have confirmed that they have read and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

Wellness Touch n Salon – Membership Voucher Programme

Rejuvenate and Pamper – Luxury by Choice….

• All Membership Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and all Membership Vouchers are subject to verification at the time of booking.

• WTS Membership Vouchers may be redeemed for full/part payment against goods and/or services at WTS.

• Only one transaction per WTS Membership Voucher is permitted.

• It is up to the Customer to use the Membership Voucher’s full value. Any unused balance on the Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed at WTS.

• Membership vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• WTS will not take any responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged Membership Vouchers. Only original Membership Vouchers will be accepted and no photocopies will be accepted.

• WTS will have their own terms and conditions, which cover the use of their services and goods, such as cancellation fees and/or minimum cancellation periods. It is also at the discretion of the WTS as to what services and products WTS Membership Vouchers can be used against. Customers should make themselves aware of the WTS’s terms surrounding the use of WTS Membership Vouchers before making an appointment, as they will be binding on the Customer.

• All bookings/appointments are made between the Customer and the WTS directly. WTS accepts no responsibility and will give no refunds in the event that the WTS is unavailable on the desired dates.

Refunds

• You are entitled to return a WTS Membership Voucher within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the face value of the voucher. In this case, all refunds will be made to the person who purchased the WTS Membership Voucher and will be made within 30 days of notification of cancellation and receipt of the original WTS Membership Voucher. However, after this 14 day period, WTS will be unable to refund any payments made.

• To request a refund please contact us at wellnesstouchnsalon@gmail.com and include the order number, voucher code, reason for refund and return your WTS Membership Voucher via Registered Post to WTS​

Expired Membership Vouchers

• WTS have the right to refuse an expired WTS Membership Voucher presented to them as form of payment.

• Expired WTS Membership Vouchers can be reissued for a charge of INR 2499. A re-issued voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date of re-issue. This charge is to cover postage, printing and administration costs and is non-negotiable.

• To request a re-issue of your expired voucher, please inform us at wellnesstouchnsalon@gmail.com and include the order number, voucher code and a return postage address. Then return your WTS membership voucher via registered post or physically to WTS.

Fraud

• WTS reserves the right to cancel or decline a WTS Membership Voucher that has been purchased from anywhere other than the WTS centre.

• WTS will not accept responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of whatsoever nature, consequential or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the use or purchase of fraudulent or counterfeit WTS Membership Vouchers.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
WTS reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions without notice. The up-to-date Terms and Conditions will be posted in our website, www.wellnesstouchnsalon.com

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Government of Rajasthan within jurisdiction of Udaipur.
